So, I did a thing. I bought a new (to me) big 16 shaft dobby loom. That is a loom that can weave complex patterns, and has a lot of automated features that will help me weave more, and make fewer mistakes! I hope. But first, I need to figure out how it all works….

I have 9 towels done! Almost halfway done. Got an early start this morning, and was visited by many hummingbirds!

I’ve also found the rhythm of the towel treadling pattern, and weaving is much faster now!
